Prior to the commencement of a Project, the Company’s Health and Safety Officer, evaluates and prepares a Risk Assessment, provides all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to the workers, and ensures that this is fully utilised. All workers are instructed on the proper procedures of work and on the use of the appropriate tools. All hazards are eliminated where reasonably possible and, when this is not practical, the effects of these hazards are mitigated as much as possible. Additionally, certification is provided for all lifting and hoisting equipment while safe and healthy conditions are effectively maintained all around the site.
